Why are these leafs patchy and curled upwards?

I was away from Friday to Tuesday and came back noticing these slightly brownish patches on some leaves also curled slightly up. I could not notice any parasites like spider mites, etc.

I did not water the plant (a Charlotte‘s Web strain of cannabis — this is my first one) last week very much, as some leave tips were curled down and a quick tour on the internet suggested to me that it was likely due to nitrogen intoxication and that I reduce the watering.
On Saturday, three days ago, the plant was watered the last time with 250 ml. The plant sat at my window without additional lighting; sun is there from 2 pm until 8 pm, but the weather was cloudy the last days. The soil used was cannabis soil with perlites and a pH of approximately 6 and pre-fertilization.

Is the plant simply underwatered or does the symptoms suggest something different? I just watered her again with a bit more water.

Thank you all for your help and ideas!
