This started happening in March this year (past 2 months). I was doing lateral raises in the gym and my right hip started getting sore. That pain comes and goes, and seems to be getting better with time. I no longer do lateral raises with weights.
What I'm more concerned about is, when I bend my neck down and lean forward, my spine gets tight and the blood rushes to my head. My right hip and spine/neck seem to go cold, like they're submerged in cold water. All this fades away after a bit but throughout the day my upper back and neck feel stiff, accompanied by this... I guess it feels like "static" in my upper back and neck. Usually when sitting upright for 4+ hours. Exercise seems to fix it short term, though the issue hasn't gotten better, or worse.
I haven't yet seen a doctor, I'm simply looking for insights as to what this might be. Anything helps.
