This is probably a different post you see here but today, I got an unusual compliment! I work in a nursing home and I was chatting to this 96 yr old lovely lady who looked at me from head to toe before saying “why are you growing those muscles for, luv?” 😭😂 It made me laugh and I definitely took it as a compliment/little win!! Also today was upper body day and arms were extra pumped!
