I have none of the skills to make my own gear, but I had an interesting idea for how you could make the X-Mid 1 / Pro 1 a 1+ tent with some tweaking. it would likely require poles other than the Iceline ones. I have some ideas for how you could make the corner on the short side fold up and in for extra ventilation without losing fly/floor tension, but don’t have anything sketched out yet.
The dashed lines within the floor area are just to show where the angles for the inside corners come from
