Probably an ice cold take - but the top 10% of arena players should not be 1550 rating. Having the vast majority of players go down rating from their starting is not only a terrible player experience, but also confusing when first starting.

On US, only like 6% of the player base qualifies for the 1700 weapon. While it's cool to see when people do have it now, I feel like in the original TBC, and TBC classic it wasn't this exclusive, and it's tied with a very large amount of player power (even more so in S1, though that's over with now).

I'm hopeful Blizzard can bump this up a bit next season as it could help a lot with PvP participation which is normally pretty low.
