Best needle size for abdomen/love handle fat dissolver injections?
Hi, I wanted to ask what needle size is the most comfortable and least painful for fat dissolver injections in the abdomen/love handle area.
Im not overweight and have a normal BMI, so the fat in my stomach area is not very thick. Because of that, longer needles make me nervous since I’m worried about accidentally going too deep instead of staying in the subcutaneous fat layer.
I currently do not have liquid lidocaine to mix into the solution since I haven’t been able to find a seller, but I do have Nexcare/Nexcaine topical anesthetic and ice packs to help with discomfort.
I’m mainly looking for advice on:
the best needle length and gauge for comfort
what works well for people with lower body fat
how to avoid going too deep during injections
I’d appreciate any advice or personal experiences.
