I wanted to share what I've been working on. I built this so that I can easily it around and store it away when I don't need it, since the TV weighs like 100 pounds. I mounted some PC hardware inside the cart itself and exposed a power button and some usb ports for controllers.

• The TV is a 32" Sharp CK32S60 I found for free off marketplace.
• The PC is an old AMD Phenom II X6 1090T with onboard graphics that output on VGA.
• I bought a BitFunx VGA to component transcoder, power button and some cheap usb knockoff controllers off aliexpress.
• The OS is batocera with the CRT script.
• Everything else, like pc components or hardware are salvaged from things I had, with a couple of 3d printed parts.
