Been having some flare-ups recently after training. It’s not an issue during sessions, but after—if I sit for a while—when I stand up I get tightness/pain in the top of my left glute/lower back (just on the left side).
I’ve also started noticing it more day-to-day, mainly when standing up after sitting for a bit. Occasionally triggered by quick/awkward movements too (like leaning to one side suddenly).
For example, if I lean to the right and then come back upright, I sometimes feel it—but if I repeat the movement a few times, it eases off. Walking also clears it pretty quickly.
It’s always a mix of stiffness + pain that improves once I’m moving.
Anyone else had something similar? What helped?
