Character progression, gear and inner ways
I just cant help but feel so helplessly frustrated at the game.
Why can't I play whatever weapon I want? (inner way) limited free conversions, absurd echo jade fee & the ridiculous time gate to conceievably be able to play more than 1 build at the same time.
Just imagine changing weapon paths for a moment.
4000 - 8000 jade on inner way conversions. 200 - 400 jade to swap weapon and possibly armour sets. 1.5 - 2M coins to level up the weapon martial art skills. And after all of this you'll most likely suffer slightly because you might have some max attribute rolls on your gear. You're swapping from affinity to crit build or vice versa? Tough luck..

Same thing with gear, EXTREME rng when it comes to getting good or perfect gear and there's nothing you can do to change that. If you want to reroll / change ur build from say max to min phys, or maybe you want to try out a full on attribute build, a full phys def build for pvp? or change from crit to affinity. You're just going to have to suffer for months, several breakthroughs until you finally get a full set of good gear.
It just feels like a joke how important gear is in the competitive aspects of the game (Speedrunning,GvG and Arena) and simultaneously there's literally nothing you can do about it in any way shape or form to have a semblance of control of your character's progression.
This game must just have the most depressing form of character progression I've ever seen in a videogame. You as a player have virtually zero ability to do anything to improve your character, you're merely anticipating the next weekly reset and pray that luck will be on your side this time.
