I remember trying to play this on my family's shitty eMachine, but it just couldn't handle it and ran incredibly slow.

The title is pretty much all I can remember from it, since I couldn't get far.

It reminded me of the Alien Shooter series, but the camera was freely able to rotate around the character and wasn't just stuck in one orientation.

IIRC the game wasn't sci fi or fantasy, it looked like it took place in urban environments.

It's a popular clip, I just can't seem to find it :/

I think they might have also contributed to that "I think it's a fucken tuna, bro" audio clip used in memes as well, but I'm not sure.
