Recruitment vs B2B? (Only have 1 year B2C experience)
So I’m in a dilemma. For background, I have previous experience in a B2C role selling stocks for a year, got promoted very quickly and then left to go travelling.
Option 1: B2B Construction job (Account manager role, upselling to business who have already purchased goods and never re-purchased)
Option 2: Crypto/Blockchain recruitment role (Very niche but finance related and sounds interesting)
I only have one years experience in B2C, and I am thinking of moving country in the next year or two so I really want something that I can make good commission on, and also stand out to employers in the future. I was thinking Crypto recruitment for the simple reason of staying in the finance industry, and it also sounds good (?) but my friends are saying B2B is much better if I wanted to move country.
If you only had 1-2 years at this next job, which one would you take for experience/CV and why?
