Why did they make it so that the Orthodox Patriarchates of Jerusalem, Antioch and Alexandria are considered non-existent at game start, despite still existing as Orthodox Patriarchates in real-life 1337? In game, these sees have no Patriarch characters representing them even though they were definitely around in reality, and they are not available for Orthodox countries to join either. I don't understand why this is the case.
