Are there any seat experts in the house, or anybody who has modified their seats?

So I own a Duke 250, and the seat sinks after a little while of riding, plus I need to add a few inches to the seat height to make it a little more comfortable for my 6-foot frame. Ik there is an 820mm seat option for the duke, but it costs around 2.5k, and I've heard its just like the stock seat, so I don't think it would make much of a difference.

Also i wanna know if i should get the gel inserts or foam inserts to make it comfortable for tooring and to avoid bum burn.
