I really want to get a new piercing but I don't know what I want to do. Any recommendations for my ear stack?

I got my piercing done about a little over a month ago. It's been well behaved and no infections or irritation. However, a few days ago it got snagged in my blanket and I've had this bump on it. Does anyone know how to help? Is my piercing okay?
