PSA: just get the kid an XP-lite instead.
If you're a parent with a kid asking for a high powered e-moto like a surron: for their safety and the safety of others, don't.
If you're going to get them an ebike, they'll still have the time of their life on a lower powered one, and unlike surrons, it won't send them home in a bodybag. And as a bonus you'll save some money.
