My friend's roblox account was just hacked. We need help!
She's had this account for 5 years, she spent a lot of money on it and was a very active player. Today she got 3 emails saying that there was a new log in her account, her birthday was changed and that her passkey was changed. When she went to check her account on roblox, she was logged out from both her iPhone and Laptop. When she tries to log back in it just says wrong password. When she clicks the "Forgot Password" to change it, the email that was linked to her account previously, is not anymore.
She says that she didn't click any sketchy links, didn't share her password with anyone recently (she changes her password very often and uses the recommended strong passwords from apple), 2-step verification and a passkey. She has already contacted support, and all that happened was that she was taken to a roblox AI chatbot to talk about her problem, and when she told the bot her problem, they said (summarized) "Sorry, we can't help with that, goodbye" and closed the chat. She said she will try to contact roblox support again.
The person that now is on her account changed her avatar, has premium now, and joined adopt me (she plays adopt me the most and has a lot of good pets on there).
