Employee harassment
Hi, I’m a Kaiser employee and I want to ask if anyone had luck to report harassment and bullying at Kaiser.
I been getting harassed, bullied and retaliated against by manger and 2 coworkers. I spoke before to the union and they didn’t do anything literally.
I keep getting harassment and the only option I have is either resign or transfer to a different department. I tried to transfer, but I couldn’t find any positions that fit especially with my degree.
The harassment has been verbally including yelling and saying disrespectful things to begin physical and getting pushed physically.
I reported to the manager and nothing happened as it’s coming from management itself. Everything that I said happened management denied it and says that I’m making things up.
Not sure what to do anymore. Do i report to the higher supervisor of my manager and if anything can even happen or call complaint line or file a lawsuit at this point.
