What could these puddles be?

Been there about a week now, think I first noticed it after a long drive. Gonna try and go out for a long drive soon and place a tray under. Any thoughts?

I have a 2000 996 with 32k on it. Am thinking about getting the IMS retrofitted to avoid any issues, but how much extra work should i have done while they are in there? AOS? Clutch and Flywheel?
