Hey everyone,

This is my first time ever ordering something from AliExpress (never used Wish, Temu, etc.), so I’m not really sure what’s normal.

My package is shipping from China to Switzerland, and it has been stuck at the status:

“Arrived at departure transport hub”

for about 1 week now, with no updates at all.

It doesn’t matter where I check:

AliExpress tracking

Cainiao tracking

parcelsapp

all show the exact same thing, no movement.

AliExpress/Cainiao estimate delivery around May 2, but parcelsapp says more like May 7–11.

I’ve attached screenshots of the tracking info and just wanted to ask if this is normal, if anyone else has experienced this, and whether I should be worried or just wait.
