I bought a cheap mill off of tiktok shop to see if it was something that I would even do at home and it was not great. So then I didn't want to spend too much more money. But I got an attachment on my KitchenAid stand and it was easier to use but my flour was still kind of gritty. Now are my expectations just too high that I should just expect to have a grittier flower. My mom has offered to get me a nice gift for me and said she would get me a nice flour mill. I don't really want her to go out and spend the money on a $400 $500 meal if I'm going to have the same results. Should I just lower my expectations and keep using my attachment?
