As we get around to clerkship hiring time, many people have questions about the hiring process and what the job is actually like. I am a former clerk to judges on both the SDNY and the Second Circuit. Now four years out of law school and working in corporate lit.

Will caveat by saying the clerkship experience is highly judge specific. But happy to answer questions to the best of my ability.
