Hi ya’ll, I’m currently a 23 year old student and I completed prerequisites for the academy. My initial focus was to be a firefighter, but I wanted to pivot my focus on being Paramedic Firefighter.

Part of me wants to go through the fire academy first, so I can do cal fire during the summer and to also just get my foot in the door when it comes to firefighting. Just having the title of a firefighter as well is alluring to me as well.

But another part of me, wants to focus on getting my paramedic courses after EMT done first and then do the academy.

What would be your advice on what’s the better course of action?

I heard good things on this sub but after tasting it, it might be the worst ghost flavor to be honest. It tasted like a dry scoop of a watermelon pre workout.
