I am a student enrolled in a research course, in which students research a topic of their own choosing. I'm researching the mental and physical effects of activities such as Yoga on people that practice it.
I am posting a survey to gather research. This survey asks questions about how people believe yoga has affected them mentally in addition to physically. The survey will be completed anonymously, and the information is only to be used for the purpose of my high school research project.
