I canned some Cowboy Candy and had leftover brine, so I made a few jars of Pepper Jelly with it. We had a little on cream cheese and crackers. I also coated some fried chicken tenders with it. It was good both ways. Are there other ways we can use the Pepper Jelly?

Along the same lines, I also canned up a small amount of hot honey. We haven't been quite sure what to do with that either. What are some ways to cook with hot honey?
