Just getting out of the chilling zone and planning to begin with CS2. I've heard that it's one of the toughest papers, so what are some tips for me to follow from day one so that I can ace the sept 2026 attempt?

Hey folks

I’m going through a career crisis rn

I’m in my final year of an econ degree. I’m done w 4 papers and gave 2 in sept. I’m pretty sure I’ll pass both and I’m done w 1 level of FRM.

I’m planning to take a drop for 1 year to clear 2 more exams and 1 more level of FRM (to complete it)

Now the question I’m having is should I go for a job? Idky I’m scared that I’ll restrict myself to only insurance field which I don’t want to happen. I don’t wanna bring my options to only insurance, I want it to be open in fields like banking etc too. So I’m kinda scared to go for a job

I was thinking for going for a masters in economics but upon pondering+convo w my coaching teacher, there is no point going for a masters rn as my papers have been cleared and not having work ex will just make my position bad and also there is no certainty that I’ll pass my entrance exam and crack a top college.

My dad says to do a “Fellowship” course alongside this and then after 3-4 yrs of work ex, go for a course in smth like a statistics or data analytics or mba. So is that a viable option?

So I’m SUPER confused as to whether I should go for a masters by prepping for an entrance in the drop or go for a joh after the drop. Please help me out, any kind of help is welcome. (No nazar, touchwood)

Thank you so much!
