I have a Spouse Visa filed last year by my husband who is USC, I filed for a B1/B2 visa from India, what are my chances ?
Just as the subject, I have a Spouse Visa filed last year by my husband who is USC, I filed for a B1/B2 visa from India, because I'm tired of waiting for the spouse visa to go through and I want to be able to meet him.
The spouse visa was filed in Aug 2025. The B1/B2 interview is in December 2025
His work has leaves where it's unpaid if he takes leaves whereas I can work remotely.
I have enough reasons to return - My loans, a job I've been at for 12+ years, rent agreement for my apartment, my cats and I have a health issue for which my work insurance is getting used.
Do you guys have any tips for me ?
My interview is in December though.
