I’m so happy with how this turned out! I didn’t expect it to have such strong Autumn vibes but I love it 😍
I needed a boost of confidence after two pages that didn’t turn out as good as I had hope. I am way too critical of my work, considering my very limited skills and marker selection 🥲 But I’m glad I pushed through with this page!
I tried the dots and spots technique (does it have a proper name?) in the tree and I also tried to do some shading. I forgot that the light was coming from that giant window, so the shadows aren’t placed strategically 😂 But I still love them! I will try these techniques again for sure.
