Been reading comics all year, and I’m finally making my return to reading books. Decided to jump back in with a collection of short stories to ease my way back in. What’s everyone’s thoughts on this book?
Book 1, 3, 5 need a reprint. Even better the market needs to drop!
For the month of May I’ll be reading mainly Star Wars comics. Epic Collection, Trade Paper Back, and these two omnis I got a while ago. Along with that I’ll be watching anything Star Wars I haven’t seen which is just a few of the animated shows, and the Acolyte 😬. As of now I’m on issue #26 of Star Wars (2015), I’ve read all of Darth Vader (2017-2024) and most of the (2015) run as well. So far really good series, wish I had the Jason Aaron Omni but too expensive compared to the two Epics and single TPB that collects the same contents. Maybe one day I’ll find it for a good price or it gets a reprint. Same for the Darth Vader book.
Been collecting for about a year, and in that time I’ve learned to only read characters I like and not get books that are popular. With that said Huge fan of Spider-Man, goal is to have every omnibus of his. Wolverine, can’t go wrong with him. The Flash, love the CW show and wanted to read some comic and this is my first of his. Read a few issues individually before buying to make sure it was worth the money. Only book missing from this haul is The Amazing Spider-Man Beyond.
Loved Garth Enis on Punisher, decided to check out Preacher. Wanted to go with the Absolute but didn’t (mistake). Also first book to arrive from a major haul!
