We're stopping at El Fogon while passing through Playa next week, what are the dishes I can't leave without trying? So far I've been told the birria, chorizo, and pastor tacos are all bomb, but I'd hate to miss out on a sleeper hit. I'll be having a late lunch and don't mind being gluttonous.
