**We should all get $5 added to our salary every time NIH updates a policy or adds another step (or removes one, then adds it back, then updates it).**

Saw this today: it looks like we need to make sure PI LOS include this in their LOS going forward in connection with NOT-OD-23-182 https://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/notice-files/NOT-OD-23-182.html

NIH expects recipients to ask potential subrecipients, at the application stage, to submit language in their letters of support indicating their awareness of these requirements and the subrecipient’s willingness to abide by all requirements should an award be issued.

Does anyone have a trick for entering the chart that goes along with the Public Abstract? In the submission instructions, they include an example chart. My take is that the chart is not required but the info within it is; I've seen a few examples on the PCORI website for awarded but not not yet completed projects and it's about 50/50 who has one and doesn't use a chart format. My PI thinks otherwise and insists on including the chart.

However, there is not a good way to enter the chart in the text box in PCORI online. You can't create a chart in there, and when I paste a chart from my Word doc, some of the text turns blue like a hyperlink (but it isn't), and the spacing gets all out of whack. If I try to edit it in any way at all, the whole chart deletes. Any tips? Due tomorrow, 5/5.
