Can someone help me ID this tree? Leaves have tiny serrations, bark has small white horizontal markings. I collected it from my yard and am curious what it is.
The only thing I’ve found to be similar is a red birch. My phone suggested plum, viburnum and Portugal laurel, but none of those seem close.
