Began my journey 16 months ago after my yearly physical results were less than ideal. Lost the first 50lbs with a GLP before switching to intermittent fasting. At around 230lbs I introduced a 4 day per week workout routine which included weightlifting and cardio. My current goal is continuing to build muscle while getting more defined. I will hire a trainer for this step to help with diet and a modified routine.
