im on 50mg sertraline daily and also sometimes take quetiapine and 0.25mg xanax (short term only)

is it safe for me to smoke weed or drink alcohol? i typical smoke once every week or two and i drink even less but i want to know if its safe for me to do so or if i should stop. i dont have a strong dependency on them so i dont mind stopping if needed
