hi everyone, i am asking more for clarification than advice. i have been working for about a year on a casual basis. i started last may, did 4 weeks full time training, and now usually work around 3 shifts/20-24 hours a week.

According to my payslip, i have 3.75 weeks annual leave. i dont understand why i have that much annual leave? i signed a paper a few months ago changing from 8% additional pay to accuring annual leave so i was expected some, but nearly 4 weeks? is it more likely to be just 3.7 hours? because most of my previous shifts i was already paid the 8% extra. our app states hours and weeks which also confuses me.
