Man under quarantine for Andes hantavirus exposure wears a surgical mask when opening his door to interact with others. Seems to me that if you're going to go to so much trouble to stop the spread you might as well wear an N95, but is this safe enough?

I needed to move my first appointment of the week/first appointment of the day dental appointment and now have to wait months because they have so many patients who want that covid-safer time slot.

On one hand - great! I'd assumed that I was the only one.

On the other hand - darn! This pushes me into a season where cases are generally higher and it sure would be nice if they had more safer slots. Would like to see them offer something like a half day a month where staff wear respirators and air filters hum. I'd pay extra for that.
