I live in Orlando when I was younger then moved to Virginia. here the hourly wage for servers is 3$ and in my restaurant we don’t get a check for our hourly rate. they said it has something to do with putting in it taxes, idk what it means haha.

my question is, it says the houryl tipped rate for servers is 10.98 or somewhere around there. I was wondering to the employers give you a check for that or do they keep some of it.

and would also like to know hoy much you make a day including the hourly rate.
