Months of Rodent Infestation Mismanaged by Property Manager

Per title, I just found out that previous repairs made by pest control to fill holes in my apartment were both not reported to the property manager (she called pest guy this morning to confirm hole plugging after I emailed her mentioning so many holes and being frustrated) and were faulty when the maintenance guy came to see the holes today (plugs had holes he fixed). Last night I saw some vermin munching on my favorite slippers, and it was the last straw. I live in MN, do I have any other options or recourse? I rage cleaned today and I'm fed up.

I sent this email to the property manager:

"The communication issue with your not knowing about pest guy filling holes (at least six!) in addition to the maintenance guy not knowing what to do when he got here, so I told him to check the plugs were good on four patches and finding two holes where rodents can get in both cause me to lose trust in you all (maintenance and pest control) to fix this problem both expeditiously and effectively, because now I doubt the other 2+ patches in the kitchen. There may be other entry points as well because this has been going on for months and the vermin have taken a toll on me with anxiety, lost sleep, and now finding damaged items. I ordered my same slippers as destroyed and will ask for a rent credit when I provide the receipt. This has been hugely frustrating and I consider this work order not completed. I work 11-4pm Tuesday and I request that all of the patches currently placed are fully secured, and that your workers tell you what they are doing. Otherwise there's no oversight and I suffer for months and so do my items. I'd like to request a careful check for any further holes and properly filling them.

Thanks,

[Me]"
