Hello everyone, I ended up doing an at home sleep test and I’m trying to figure out if it’s worth it to get a CPAP or do sleep training to sleep on my side and a mouth guard or if my results aren’t a huge deal.
I generally wake up a lot every night. I rarely have a good night of sleep or feel refreshed. I’m just not sure if it’s the sleep apnea or something else.
