Finally got Veteran so I can stop.

Finally got Veteran so I can stop.

I just finally reached veteran level so I can stop playing this damn game lmao. I can vouch these two teams will get you places right now.

Ultra League:

Regidrago (dragon breath, Dragon Energy, Vise Grip), Corviknight (sand attack, Air Cutter, Payback), Ampharos (Volt Switch, Trailblaze, Brutal Swing)

Tinkaton and Florges leads cause problems but you can actually do some damage on Florges with Vise Grip if all it's doing is chilling water or trailblaze. Takes 3 vise grips to eliminate it in most cases. Tinkaton was an immediate switch to Ampharos hoping the opponent would also switch and I'd get a good match up with Corvi later. Ampharos with shields does a lot of damage with trailblaze and volt switch on it. Any other lead the opponent started with could be handled by Regidrago without switching. Even losing the first battle was OK because I'd get Ampharos in there and start building its attack stat with trailblaze to have an advantage against whatever 2nd mon the opponent used. Won 4 out of 5 battles often with this set.

Great League/Preview Cup:

Shadow Marowak (Mud slap, bone club, rock slide), Gourgeist (incinerate, shadow ball, seed bomb), Pelipper (Wing attack, weather ball, hurricane)

Stole this team from a post the other month, some competitive player was using it this season. It works great and walls the very popular gigaton hammer tink completely in great league.

Both require little switching to maintain advantage. All I did was occasional trick switch outs/ins to get opponent to waste a charge move on a mon that resists it or on a sacrificial low hp mon already basically out of the game.
