







Hey peeps, have been stretching my lobes for years had them to 36 mm until the beginning of this year when some random jerk decided to use my head as a punching bag and not only fractured my head in multiple places, but also split multiple piercings apart and the metal tunnels come out of my lobes and then got punched back in to the wrong places, causing cuts and scars and requiring stitches. But the big problem is that I had to take the tunnels out to let them heal. And they shrunk down incredibly fast because I had never done any naked training. And I have managed to stretch them back to 20 mm however this time I have noticed that the bottom edge of my lobes are very thin compared to the way they were before and I am getting to the point where I’m starting to realise I may not be able to continue stretching for fear of disaster. The bottom Skin of my lobes feels strong enough in my fingers but when you see the skin around the black tunnel in the pictures on both ears you can see it’s not even wide enough to fully cover the tunnel Centre.
I have started naked training and using both 100% pure vitamin E oil and also jojoba oil and massaging head into my lobes hoping that the massaging will increase blood circulation and perhaps thicken up the tissue.
but the truth is I honestly don’t know as much about the subject as many of you probably do.
and I was just wondering what my best option is here. Should I stop stretching now at 20 mm? Basically half of what I had before? Or is there some Safeway to continue stretching even to like 30 mm without causing my lobes to split apart?
