My entire colony died.....

I've been taking care of isopods for a while now, and I was transferring them to a larger terrarium when I came across a corpse. The more hiding places I removed, the more bodies there were. I don't know what I did wrong; now there's only one alive in the large terrarium.

I've had a colony of Armadillidium vulgare, native to my region, for a while now. I kept them in a small container until I had a better environment. I've already made a new aquarium for them, with a humidity gradient, large size, food, etc., but I don't know how to transfer them without hurting them. Can anyone help me?

I made a terrarium for my isopods, since they are wild, and I also used things found in nature/local region, I buried wood chips, charcoal, dry leaves, and I noticed a kind of white thing growing underground, like veins, is it dangerous? Should I be worried?
