Firm LSBU or UCLan for mental health nursing

I have offers from both and I’m really struggling to decide because I don’t have a gut feeling over which to choose. I really like London and think living there would be really cool but I’m worried what the social life will be like since London is so expensive most people might choose to commute, whereas I’d be in accommodation. I also really liked the feel of Lancashire and the campus but it’s significantly further from where I live currently. I like the courses at both so the main thing for me is what the social stuff would look like, but whenever I look online I pretty much just see negative stuff for both.

Please someone help, especially if you are/were at either or know someone there.
