I heard the intro to this show once and never wrote down the name, so here we are

From what I remember, the show was old, I couldn't say what time period but I wanna say it was before the 90s. The video I saw was in low resolution too. It had organ music in the beginning, playing rapidly for a few seconds before the drums kicked in. Also, when the beat dropped, there was a gong, I think? There was a shot of a man on stairs, either walking down them or turning into a bat. I think one of the vampires is blonde too? Lyrics are in Japense, and the title of the show was long
