Validated the problem, built the product. How did you get your first 10 users to actually install?

Multiple engineers have told me the problem I'm solving is real. One literally said "this would stop us having to yell at people about writing awful API endpoints."

But nobody has actually installed it. The conversion from "that's cool" to "let me try it" isn't happening.

Anyone else been stuck here? What actually worked for you?

Building is one thing. Distribution is a whole other beast!

Been building for a month. Shipped this week. Lithium captures your team's engineering decisions and serves them to AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf) via MCP.

Product works. Site is live. Docs are up. CLI is on npm. Got some LinkedIn engagement and a good conversation with a staff engineer who said the problem resonated.

But zero actual users. Building was the easy part. Distribution is humbling.

Anyone else at this stage? How did you get your first real user?
