Hello everyone, I work in a phone repair shop in the UK, we have had multiple iPhone 12s in recently that have updated to the latest iOS, and after they have updated or mid way through they have entered recovery mode. We and a couple of other phone repair shops have tried forcing updates through Macs or 3UTools. But we have had no luck, we’ve tried disconnecting all parts excluding battery and charge port. Has anyone else seen this or has anyone got any other ideas?
