I've received an item damaged but think I can repair it, I've marked the item as damaged and the app has presented me with the option to "Return the order" or "Cancel and keep" I would like the keep the order but would like a partial or full refund if I pick "Cancel and keep" can I still get a refund!???? Please let me know if anyone has done this before its for an item over £30 if that helps or makes a difference.
