Am I doing too much as a barista trainer??

I made them a detailed personalized cheat sheet about shots, syrups, and nuances to CM, matcha, honey citrus, strawberry frap.

I know it's in the resources, but it quick reference doesn't cover the nuances.

As I found myself doodling and stuff, I thought to myself "wtf am I even doing? This sht is too much"

I already finished it, and idk if I'm even going to give it to my trainee. I just feel dumb now lol

The only reason I did it was because when I was training, I made detailed notes and found i had to search cheat sheets to memorize before work when I didn't have access to the iPad. The iPad also wasn't a big thing when I got hired back in 2020.

Can I back down from a DM ssv interview?

So i applied to be a shift and made it to the DM interview which will be scheduled in 2 weeks.

But I'm having second thoughts now. I've been working 30+ hours this week as a barista and I already feel tired. I know I'll be working more as a shift with more responsibilities on top of that.

I don't think I want to do it anymore tbh. Idk how to tell my manager, and i'm scared it'll look unprofessional. Plus I've already had my PDP and the interview, so time was already invested into my development. I just feel bad. I'm thinking of just bombing the DM interview in a way where the DM finds me unfit and won't look like I'm backing out lol
