Is there like a limit? It says in the landing pag 800/min items. I was wondering if there is a limit on this or nah?

So i just unlocked launch pad and I'm wandering if anyone can give pointers and just general purpose like what do you use it for? And also how do you utilize it to the fullest? And how cost effective is it? Thanks in advance.
