I can't get in the game... pc steam. tried reinstalling and verifying the files. please help guys

so on s3r launch i got in smooth and everything was ok. the next day i'm stuck at this screen and the bar won't move. already tried veryfying the files and reinstalling(PC, Steam)
PLEASE help me guys
