Hi, I’m looking for something to replace my main pc as my Plex server. Will be direct playing 4K remuxes to my Apple TV, and doing some really light photoshop/web browsing/second screen viewing. Found two options used around me:

Dell Optiplex 3070 SFF, i3-9100T, 128gb nvme + 500GB sata, 8GB RAM, $130

NUC10i3, i3-10110U, i3-10110U, 500GB NVME, 16GB RAM, $190

Needs to be pretty quiet since I’ll have it on at my work desk. I already have a 2TB SATA with my media library on it. What’s the best pick here?
